APARTMENT
The apartment is located on the first floor of a family house. The private entrance door from the street leads to a staircase which reaches a landing. All the rooms are accessed from here. The kitchen is fully equipped, is friendly and bright with two large windows. On one side there is a dining area. Next to the kitchen is a laundry room with washing machine. The apartment comprises of one double bedroom, a single bedroom and a cosy living room. The terrace has a good size and offers a fantastic view down to the Mediterranean. From the terrace there is a staircase leading up to a private roof terrace from which there is a magnificent view of Comares and the surrounding hills.
LOCATION
This apartment is located in Comares, one of the typical white-washed villages of the Axarquia region. Comares lies on a hilltop and offers panoramic 360º views of the Sierras down to the Mediterranean. The village has several shops, bars, restaurants and an outdoor pool. Down to the beaches of the Costa del Sol it takes a little more than half an hour and to Malaga with its international airport it is about an hours drive.
